How to get relief from back pain.

In today’s busy life, we do not have the time to take care of our health. Due to the running throughout of the day and sitting on the chair for a long time, we feel pain in the Back and waist. If you have taken a hard task or picked up heavy things, then you feel heavy pain in waist and/or for some reason the waist’s disc gets shaken. We go to the doctor, take some medicines but there is no benefit. Basically this problem is due to the lack of mobilization in the joints of the body.
Today we tell you how to get rid of your waist pain with regular exercise of 10 to 20 minutes. And for this, you do not need to go to any gym or spend any money. You can do this exercise at your own home. This exercise is completed in 5 steps. By doing this exercise, where the waist pain will be cured, at the same time you will get Strength in your feet and thighs. If your stomach is out, you will also reduce it. So let’s see how to do it. Step 1:
Lie straight on the ground, Turn your legs, and Keep both hands straight with the waist on the ground. Now lift your waist upwards as much as possible. Lift up the waist as much as you can do easily. Keep lifted for 6 to 7 seconds, and then bring back to the waist down comfortably. This action has to be performed at least 7 times.
Step 2:
Lie on the ground and keep both legs folded. Now hold one leg knee with the claws of both hands and slowly press the stomach for 6 to 7 seconds. Press as much as you can to bear. Do the same action for the other leg. This action has to be performed at least 7 times.
Step 3:
Lie on the ground and keep both feet folded on the ground. Keep both hands along the waist on the ground. Now lift one leg and move from top to bottom like cycling. Take a round of it in 6 to 7 seconds. Do the same action with another leg. This action has also to be performed at least 7 times.
Step 4:
Now lie on the ground on the stomach. Keep both legs straight and keep hands straight on the floor. Now lift one arm from the ground together with the waist. Do the same thing with the other hand. This action has to be performed at least 7 times.
Step 5:
Lie down on the ground with the stomach; raise one of your legs while keeping both of your hands straight on the ground and also lift the waist. Raise it for 6 to 7 seconds and then relax it down. Do this same action with another leg. Repeat this step at least 7 times.
So, friends, you are advised to do 2 set of this activity everyday with empty stomach. In few days, you will find the results.
Caution:
If you have any stomach disorder or have operated in past; or if any women is pregnant, then you should definitely take advice from doctor before doing any exercise.
